I’ve learned some valuable lessons this week.

When I eat right and go to the gym, I feel better. I’m focused, I have energy and I’m not as moody etc. Why?

1. Physical exercise just makes you feel better.

2. When I go to the gym, I always listen to messages on the iPod. So I get a spiritual and physical workout.

3. I sleep better. So I’m more refreshed.

Therefore I’m going to eat dinner and head to the gym. No more pizza, burgers etc. Yuck!
